Check there is power to the wall switch
Check for loose or blown fuses on trip switch in older models only
This is normal. Timers do make a clicking noise.
SOLID PLATES RUSTING
Clean plates with nylon brush, wipe off and dry. Apply a thin coat of salt free machine oil.

POOR BAKING RESULTS
Is the correct temperature being used (thermofan bakes at 20 degrees lower than Convection)

Knob clip fallen out.
Lock nut loose.
Wrong detergent / cleaner is being applied directly onto knob surface - cleaners should be diluted
HOBS PANEL RUSTING
The correct cleaner is not being used
Recommended clears are :

SOLID PLATE NOT HEATING
Suggest you select a higher setting
THE FREEZER IS
OR FOR A LONG TIME.
The ambient room temperature may be high. This is quite normal.
The freezer might have been plugged in recently or might have been
loaded with food. Cooling down of the freezer completely may last for a
couple of hours longer.
Large amounts of hot food might have been put in the freezer
recently. Hot food causes longer running of the freezer until the food
The freezer lid might have been opened frequently or left ajar for a
long time. The warm air that has entered into the freezer causes the
freezer to run for longer periods. Open the lid less frequently.

The lid seal of the freezer may be soiled, worn out, broken or not
properly seated. Clean or replace the seal. A damaged/broken seal
causes the freezer to run for a longer period of time in order to
maintain the current temperature.
GREASE AND FAT SPLATTER
Wipe off excess with a soft
cloth or paper towel. Use a
water borne degreasing agent
( dishwashing liquid ).Follow
up by routine cleaning.
