The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is presenting us with challenges that are largely unprecedented. As the country reacts, our focus remains steadfast on the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work. As the situation evolves, we are taking measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with the guidelines and direction of local authorities and health officials.
Our Customer call centre and service team are working remotely, and we have in place solutions to continue serving you during this difficult period in as little time as possible.
When scheduling your repair, our customer service team will ask a few questions about your potential exposure to COVID-19 to establish the appropriate date and time for a technician’s visit to your home. Our technicians are equipped with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and are implementing social distancing and other hygienic measures. Our aim is to support you efficiently and safely.
All the procedures will follow stringent precautionary measures. It is requested from the customer to allow the technician to perform the repair in a room or space alone where neither the customer nor the technician will be able to contaminate each other. Technicians will clean the unit before and after repairs. Whatever the technician touches i.e. the door handle, he or she will use antibacterial supplies and a micro fibre cloth to wipe down the surface.
