Launch of New Defy Authorised Service Centre in Durban

We have expanded our after sales service offering with the opening of the first Defy Authorised Service Centre in Durban in partnership with Timberstar company. This opening of the Defy Authorised Service Centre is a significant milestone for the organisation, to improve accessibility to all consumers and trade partners. The centre is equipped with qualified factory trained technicians who are standing by to give our customers the best quality service.  The Authorised Service Centre only uses genuine Defy parts and all Defy and Grundig branded products are served with specialised workmanship.

The Defy Authorised Service Centre is operated by 15 highly trained experienced professionals. We are confident that this one-stop service shop will fulfil all the needs of our customers with fast, efficient service at their doorstep. We are proud to be working together with Timberstar, and wish them all the best for a successful start of the first Defy Service Centre.
