1. Eligible Products

This offer applies to all Defy major domestic appliances, including:

• Refrigerators

• Washing Machines

• Dishwashers

• Freezers

• Built-in Ovens

• Stoves

• Tumble Dryers

2. Nature of the Assessment

• The free assessment is not a full diagnostic but a basic or mini assessment to identify obvious or common issues.

• It does not include disassembly, electrical fault tracing, or in-depth technical evaluation.

• Should additional diagnosis be required, an invoice of R690 for labour costs (excluding spares) will be provided and must be settled immediately before the assessment is completed.  Any spares or additional labour required will be quoted for separately.

3. Optional Service Discount

• Customers who opt to proceed with repairs through Defy after the assessment will receive 25% off the cost of spare parts required for that repair (labour costs excluded).

• This discount applies only to parts used in the repair quoted directly following the initial assessment.

4. Technician Availability & Coverage Area

• The service is carried out exclusively by certified Defy technicians.

• The free assessment is only available within a 50km radius of selected major service areas or hubs.

• Areas beyond the 50km range are not included in this campaign.

5. Booking & Availability

• Assessments are subject to technician availability and may require advance booking.

• Defy reserves the right to reschedule based on capacity or operational constraints. Defy shall not be liable for any associated costs incurred due to rescheduling of appointments.

6. General Terms

• This campaign is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Offer is valid for a limited time only, at Defy’s discretion.

• Defy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• Defy shall not be liable for any failure to identify latent faults at time of mini assessment.
