Top Loader Error Codes Explained (DTL 153) – Easy Solutions
E0
Cause: The lid is open when the preset is started.
Solution: Close the top lid and clear the alarm.
E1
Cause: Continuous alarm for water drain.
Solution: Open the top lid, check the water level sensor and drain pump, then close the lid and clear the alarm.
E2
Cause: The top lid is open during spinning.
Solution: Close the top lid.
E3
Cause: The spin cycle is unbalanced.
Solution: Open the top lid, redistribute the laundry evenly, then close the lid.
E4
Cause: After 40 minutes of water inlet, the selected water level is not reached.
Solution:
Open the lid and check that the water supply is not cut off.
Ensure water pressure is sufficient.
Clean or replace the inlet valve filter screen if blocked.
Confirm that the Start/Pause button has been pressed after powering on.
E5
Cause: The lid is open after setting child lock.
Solution: Close the lid and clear the alarm.
F1
Cause: Water level sensor error.
Solution: Switch off the power supply and contact a technician.
